I was nervous after reading some reviews, but there was no need to be nervous as the apartment was clean and perfectly adequate for what I needed.

The bed could have been more comfortable, but for the price it wasn't too bad

Evie the receptionist tried to fix problems. Offered alternative room. She was courteous and sympathetic. Plus and minuses about the central location. Problem being it was directly opposite a night club!

Incredibly noisey till maybe 4 am in the morning. Not just week ends but starting Tuesdays. No relief I had to take sleeping pills. Normally I would have checked out but no alternative accomodation. The apartment needs TLC lots of red flags kkckboards falling off in the kitchen loose switches. AND a door lock that dId not function properly! THIS RESULTED IN A DRUNK MAN ENTERING MAN ROOM AT 2 AM IN THE MORNING. I demonstrated the faulty lock to the staff the next day. This was an awful experience.

The apartment was closed to the centre, there is a convenience store on the left-hand side as you come out of the building, it comes right in handy. The apartment was fairly clean. What you use often was spotless, such as the bed, bathroom, or mugs. It was the others who were dirty. For example, the windows were extremely unclean, with lots of dust on the side and even a half smoked cigarette by the window. Also, the bathroom sink was small and clogged, so you couldn't brush your teeth and was your face for too long as it was filling in very quickly

The apartment was spotless. The staff ( Evie ) , was very helpful and professional.

Parking to dtop our baggages was an hassle dince the hotel allong the main road. We've to walk with our luggages about 10 minutes from the nearest parking spot.

Our room was fine but our friends room was directly over Matthew Street so they got no sleep.

The location was good, very close to the main area. The room was spacious and was equipped with everything we needed.

The downfall to the apartments was that there was a night club opposite our room which we could hear music coming from at silly hours in the morning.

The location was fab for what we wanted! Contrary to the reviews we heard no noise in the evening, nothing kept us up we had a fantastic sleep. Room was spacious and modern. Very good value for money. We will definitely be staying here again!

the bed was extremely uncomfortable and we could feel the mattress springs. only one of the bed had powerpoint access as well as a bedside table. the apartment didn’t look in the same conditions as the photos.

The staff were lovely. It's near clubs so expected some noise but the double glazing muted it a lot. And the building and the lobby are beautiful.

There were a couple of steps to room 5 so a small hand rail there would have been helpful. Could have done with a small shelf in the shower to put toiletries on, and a handle on the inside of the shower door to open it from the inside.

Good location and spacious.

Could have been cleaner in areas and the shower temperature couldn’t be changed from boiling hot.

The flat was nice

The noise was relentlessly loud!! I had to move rooms it was so bad and still couldn’t sleep. DON’T book the Caven club side if you need to sleep, I wasn’t aware that it was going to be noisy until 2am.
