Trueman Court Luxury Serviced Apartments

Very spacious apartment, really nicely designed with comfortable beds with good furnishings and lovely parquet floors and marble countertops. It felt high end. Well appointed kitchen to do the basics for breakfast and a really nice bathroom with a large walk in shower and all very clean. Good quality bath towels and bed linens. Appreciated the Nespresso machine. The flexipass system to get the key was super easy to install and use and the communication prior to the stay was excellent with clear check in instructions. Didn't see any staff on site during our stay so can't comment on that aspect. All in all, a very nice place to stay and considering the central location it was pretty quiet too! Car parking space was also very convenient (booked in advance) although not sure how secure this is given the individuals who were wondering around the courtyard on the day we arrived/see below.

Carpets in the communal hallways and the rugs in the apartment badly stained and need to be replaced/ have a deep clean. Net curtains in the bedroom also looking tatty as stained at the bottom. Most concerning were the two men taking drugs in the courtyard outside the entrance to the building the day we arrived. This made us feel nervous about returning late to the building and the street leading to the apartments felt a little edgy. Understand that the gate leading to the street is left unlocked- this needs to be fixed to avoid drug users and others coming into the courtyard which felt intimidating and a possible security issue if they managed to enter the building. Did call the 'office hours' number to report this but there was no response but got a response later after sending an email

Everything My fav place to stay in Liverpool

Only gripe is the showers aren’t the best

Clean and easy to access with digital tools.

Parking issues due to construction.

The location suited us for the central station.

These apartments could not be classified as luxury. We paid an extortionate premium because of Open week but would not pay rack rate to stay here. Under no circumstances could this be called luxury and especially as we were in basement! Poor shower, pokey bed area, noisy from the room above us and we even paid extra for car parking in a regeneration area of Liverpool. Sorry but would not stay again.
