Location - right next to the Expo center and the subway.
I had to wait 15min at the empty front desk before anyone appeared at all and assist with the check-in. During that time no one answered the phones.
I ordered a double room with king size bed, but got two separate beds instead.
Tha bath tub was leaking in the dry area of the bathroom, the hot water kettle was not working, the only additional power socket was at the wall opposite to where you would put your laptop.

Free shuttle service to the airport from 3am. Wonderfull caring staff - called a taxi when the shuttle didnt arrive on time, and waited with us to make sure it arrived. Room was clean and modernly designed.Within five minute walk to the metro station, which is 20 minutes ride to town center
The street was completly empty at the evening, and no restaurants around.

Good location, near airport
The lift make noise and is very distracting.
There was no any cover on the bed, also not in the closet. Only sheet to cover. I don't like to call every time for asking, it was not a cold day but in the night cover was needed.

Was there for work so location next to IEC centre and metro station to central Sofia was ideal. Large rooms with desk area and decent breakfast. No frills but very much what you would expect for a mid-level business hotel.
Not the prettiest area and next to a busy road so some noise but minor. Water pressure in shower wasn't great. Hairdryer is one of the fixed to wall ones - blows very hot but doesn't dry.
