beach is very beautiful, the sky and ocean are so pretty, and we're offered the top view. The view was amazing, and unlimited drinks and food are nice.

food aren't many choices, the french restaurant need an extra 50 usd per person and was not verry great. I wish there're more choices for the food.

Exceptional views and the service was the absolute best. This will be my go to location when visiting Cancun.

All things were on point. There was nothing that we didn't like.

Location & amenities!

This is the second time we have stayed here. It is an extremely nice resort. Facilities are good. Property is beautiful. Lots of unique pools with swim up bars. Ocean front beach is fantastic with great swimming. Staff is extremely pleasant and more than helpful. Location is great, especially if you are looking for a little night life (Coco Bongo is not even 2 blocks away. Suggest you try it once, but don't go the cheap route). Food is fine. Had an Ocean Front Suite (East Wing is closer to the water and a bit quieter) and could not get much closer to the water. This is a very enjoyable property.

For Couples... Couples travel really for 1 of 3 reasons. They have no kids, their kids are grown and they are out to enjoy life OR they are trying to get away from the ones they have. That being said, the Coral Beach location is becoming a bit of a tropical Chuck E. Cheese. LOTS of children, unchecked children. Yelling, screaming, crying, tearing around the resort and commandeering the pools. Screaming babies and kids in the "nicer" restaurants during dinner. That probably speaks more to state of poor modern parenting than to the Coral Beach, nevertheless it is the reality. Hopefully one day they will create at least a small area of the resort where adults can relax and kids can't go, because it hits the mark on everything else.

Fantastic staff team! Ever since you come in to the Hotel everyone is so friendly and kind. Our stay was awesome, food, amenities and activities are exceptional!

I would like for them to have better transportation system from Airport to hotel.

The resort provides very good live music in the lobby lounge four nights each week. As always, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The Vina del Mar restaurant is always excellent; during the day, Alejandro keeps it running like a swiss watch, and he is always friendly and attentive.

in 2021 we "discovered" the Isla Contoy restaurant, which we liked immediately. However, in our May 2023 visit, we ate there three times. I ordered pork, beef, and fish; the pork was too fatty, the beef was tough, and the fish was very plain and tasteless. Too bad; I hope this was a temporary condition.

The resort truly exceeded our expectations, from the staff members to the tasty food , to the incredible pools , the water was perfectly warmed and very comfortable for swimming , the food selection was amazing !! The staff was amazing!! I have nothing negative about this place !! Absolutely incredible

Loved everything

Every restaurant had amazing food. Only restaurant that did not meet my expectations was the international buffet.

I did not like being on the first floor. I wish I was asked if it would be ok to be on the first floor. Especially since my patio area was opened to the public space. I feel safer being on a higher floor where people do not have access to my room from the patio if I accidentally forget to lock my sliding door.

Staff were a bit robotic, black mould in the bathroom, very noisy rooms, no noise control from moving furniture in nearby rooms, very noisy outside area all day, constant loud music all over the hotel, no peaceful areas.

Views were beautiful from the ocean view room. Be sure to open up the double doors to get the best experience. Most of the service was great. La Joya (the Mexican restaurant) was the only one that had great food, service and entertainment (Big shout out to Mariano). I wish we had known this ahead of time so we could have just made all of our dinner reservations at this restaurant for the entire stay. The swim up bar at the pool was a nice touch. Every night there was some form of entertainment (band, fire show etc)

Most of the food was bad. All of the other restaurants besides La Joya are not worth the reservation. This includes the buffet and room service. Bring your own snacks and meal replacements if you are a hardcore foodie.

I loved the all inclusive amenities and friendliness of staff.
