As expected. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Facilities were tired but was perfect for we needed and was good value.
Property id tired looking but for the price we paid this was fine and was still clean and comfortable

Good location for my work commitment. Friendly welcome, with the offer of help with my bags. Decent, clean room and excellent wifi. Free carpark. Good value for the price.
Mattress a bit soft, basic shower.

Second time we have stayed, both times in 102. It is a great value "hotel" near to Sale Town Centre. The fella on Reception is always welcoming. Rooms always clean and large in size. Plenty of tea and coffee.
Power pressure on shower a bit hit and miss. Hotel seems to be split into two; half for paying guests, the other half seems to be full of DSS down and out types housed long term, which does make you a little worried. Alwayd a strong smell of cannabis from there. Car park not really welcoming and makes you worried parking new car but all was good. For the money we paid it was great value.

Nice reasonably priced hotel in a good location for Sale/ Old Trafford. Has parking. Comfortable beds and a reasonable price.
The hotel needs a complete renovation. There is no reception service before 1030 am so you cannot get into the Hotel. The room was fine although needs a new carpet. Bathroom fine although in need of freshening up (sealant etc). Beds were comfy.
