Location, location,
Location!!!
decor, washrooms!
Door lock was hard to figure out!
Basic amenities were lacking in kitchen.
No cleaning cloths, no dish soap, not much to work with in the Kitchen.
*. Garbage. You are asked to hand the garbage to garbage collector but without much explanation, and timing isn’t necessarily ideal to do so.
*. There was a sauna and a hot tub, but - no instructions how to use the sauna which looked fabulous.

Everything was exceptionally clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and nice throughout our entire stay.
Nothing to complain about at all, everything was great.

Very spacious accommodations for family of 4, conveniently located near all the best areas to see in the heart of Venice

The location, style, decoration, and amenities were first class. Communication and meeting with the host for key pickup was great.
The pillows were uncomfortable and should be replaced. Better instructions are needed on how to operate the thermostats and washing machine.
