This centrally located accommodation provides convenient access to all major city attractions within walking distance. The friendly and helpful staff ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Poor, unvaried, tasteless breakfast.
The water pressure in the shower is unacceptably low, and there is a consistent lack of hot water.

Bijzonder aardig personeel die gastvrij zijn. Goede prijs kwaliteit. Mooie centrale ligging. Dichtbij het trein station Overvloedig ontbijt.

Excelente ubicación (súper cerca para ir andando de estación central de Praga, desde donde puedes coger bus directo al aeropuerto, y al lado del centro), excelentes instalaciones, limpieza y buen desayuno.

Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Perfekt vom Einchecken, Zimmer, Lager, auch das Frühstück war seine 20 EUR mehr als wert. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Wir werden wieder kommen.
Es gab überhaupt nichts zu bemängeln.

Hotel was an absolute delight to stay in, starts with the vibe of the hotel, interior is stunning, vibrant, and so charming, my partner instantly fell in love with it. Our room was absolutely spotless and an the bed incredibly comfortable. Staff couldn't have been any nicer to us, helpful, friendly, welcoming, especially their trainee as she was checking us in. Earlier check-in was possible too, which we appreicated greatly. Lastly, our breakfast was just as amazing as the rest of our stay in the hotel, buffet was rich and always stocked. All in all an amazing hotel which is worth a strong recommendation as well as another visit in the future. Dakuj!

A bit of a shame there was no gym or pool for a 5 stay hotel. The hotel has an agreement with a nearby gym, but you have to pay extra for that :( There was a very limited selection of vegetarian options at the main hotel restaurant, so we didn’t eat there, which was a shame

The hotel is located very close to the main strain station in Prague which is very useful. The breakfasts are good. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms have a large bath.

Sehr schönes Hotel in sehr guter Lage. Frühstück ist auch sehr gut und für jeden etwas dabei. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wygodny hotel zlokalizowany w centrum miasta. Oferta śniadaniowa rewelacyjna, dobra kawa. Wygodne łóżka, duża łazienka. Bardzo miły i przyjazny personel w recepcji.
Zdecydowanie za sucho, wentylacja mocno wysusza pomieszczenia. Obsługa kelnerska (na śniadaniach) za bardzo natarczywa, nie mająca pojęcia o symbolice ułożenia sztućców na talerzu. Gość hotelowy nie zdąży zjeść posiłku do końca a naczynia są błyskawicznie zabierane ze stołu, w zamian nie przynoszą nowych sztućców. Przyjmują zamówienia na kawę czy herbatę nie przynosząc ich potem. Hotel 5*, niestety bez basenu. Nie przystaje to do jakości hotelu.

Hi we loved our staying at your hotel. The room was cleaned and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was amazing and all staff was very friendly and welcoming! Kudos to them.
The only downside was the parking fee, away to expensive. Id like to have be informed the price at the time of the check in. So I could have the option to park or not park inside the the property. Other than that everything else was very good.

Très bel hôtel (peut-être un peu dans son jus mais cela fait partie du charme de l’ensemble), chambres spacieuses et agréables, personnel attentif et aimable, petit déjeuner varié et copieux, proximité immédiate de l’ensemble des lieux culturels à visiter.
Literie un peu raide.
Le petit déjeuner gagnerait en qualité à proposer des produits frais et à varier certains plats/aliments.
Température des chambres trop chaude et difficile à régler.

Das Zimmer war besonders schön. Die Größe war außergewöhnlich, alles andere als beengt. Auch die Größe des Bettes war einzigartig, einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Das Ambiente des Hauses ist hervorzuheben, die Einrichtung und die Sauberkeit beeindrucken. Die Lage ist perfekt, einerseits die kurze Entfernung zum Bahnhof aber auch die Nähe zum Wenzelsplatz und der Altstadt.

Hotel molto bello, veramente elegante e sofisticato.
Stanza ben arredata, in pieno stile retrò elegante, pulita, letto enorme, non ho mai visto un letto così grande, e comodo (nonostante siano due letti uniti, la separazione non si sente per nulla, al contrario di altri posti).
La stanza, come tutto l'hotel, è ben riscaldata.
Nonostante l'hotel sia in pieno centro, la stanza non è per nulla romorosa, abbiamo dormito in pieno silenzio.
Colazione buona e abbondante, con una vasta scelta.
Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Very stylish interiors - fin de siècle, the 20's and 30's style. Big and comfortable room, spacey bathroom, very good breakfast with a great selection of food. Garage below, although tight, certainly helps. Excellent location - you can walk from here to every tourist attraction in Prague and yet the subway station is just around the corner.
I did not like the attitude of some of the staff members. I don't know if they are trainees or forced labour but they certainly need some training on polite manners. Being rude to guests is not acceptable in a 5* hotel, in any hotel in fact. Some of them behave like they did not really want to do the job they are in and so they are angry at the whole world around them and I just happened to be in the line of fire.

Odalar geniş ve ferah, ısıtma sistemi sorunsuz çalışıyor,Konum olarak çok iyi . Merkezi tren istasyonuna yürüyerek 10 Dk , Astronomik saat kulesinin olduğu OldTown meydanına da yine yürüyerek 10 Dk . Yine yürüme mesafesinde bir çok merkezi caddeye çok yakın . Hemen otelin Önünde tramvay durağı , metro istasyonuna ise yürüyerek 5dk . Çalışanlar oldukça güler yüzlüydü, kahvaltısı ise standart üstü seçenekler sunuyordu . Odalarda su paralıydı fakat bırakılan not ile çeşme suyunun içilebilir olduğunun belirtilmesi iyi niyetli bir yaklaşımdı . Tekrar Prag’a gelirsek ki hala şehrin büyüsü ile bunu istiyoruz, yine bu oteli tercih ederiz

Un hotel muy céntrico, muy limpio, con una sensación de calidez al entrar muy agradable. El personal muy atento en el desayuno y todo muy bien organizado.
Por poner una pega diría que hacía algo de calor en las habitaciones, incluso apagando la calefacción. Se agradece que haga calor al entrar de la calle cuando hace frio pero al rato se hace algo pesado.

Everything was great. The hotel, the staff, excellent breakfast and very good room. The location is also perfectly positioned, so all main attractions are within walking distance. Great value for money!

אוכל מחומם במיקרו לערב , ארוחת בוקר סבירה לא לצפות יותר מדי ,החדרים בסגנון של פעם , מתאמץ לחמש כוכבים , אמבטיה שווה מאוד החדר עצמו סביר , מיטה נוחה , מלון סטנדרטי מיקום סבבה סהכ יש אחרים טובים .
