The staff were friendly, location was good, lots of ammenities in the hotel. The restaurant was delicious and the Beer Spa in the Hotel was also very nice. The parking service was convenient as well.
The Shower was small, The AC did not work very well, one of our balcony windows did not latch properly.

We stayed in room 514 at Majestic hotel Prague for three nights. Hotel itself is very clean, well maintained and in a good location, making it easy to walk to all the main sights. The staff were friendly and check in was smooth, there was something for everyone at the breakfast, beds were so comfy.
However the main issue for us was the noise from the street at night.Even with the windows fully closed the outside noise was still very noticeable and made it difficult to sleep properly each night.
When we checked out i mentioned this to reception and the staff member was very understanding and said that on a further booking she would try to arrange a quieter room. However because of the noise we personally wouldn’t stay here again.
Overall a nice hotel in a great location but not suitable for light sleepers.
