Lo staff gentile e disponibile,hotel fronte mare con cortile esterno molto carino. Tramite l'hotel si può usufruire di un pagamento agevolato del parcheggio a €5 al giorno e hanno una convenzione con lo stabilimento balneare di fronte di nome Italiano, dove accettano anche cani; ovviamente anche l'hotel accetta cani con supplemento di €5 al giorno!

Purtroppo siamo rimasti un po delusi, le foto che si vedono qui non corrispondono esattamente alla realtà come nemmeno la superficie; noi eravamo in 3 più un cagnolino, avvamo una quadrupla, qui dice 23m² ma ve ne sono massimo 15m², con letto matrimoniale si, ma letto a castello di quelli anni 80 e non quelli della foto moderni, lontani tra loro circa 30 cm. Il bagno piccolissimo, quasi impraticabile, credo che persone oltre un certo peso facciano fatica ad entrare, la porta soffietto della doccia avrà un'apertura di massima di 60cm e quindi non accessibile a tutti... aria condizionata non funzionante, purtroppo abbiamo dovuto scegliere se avere ricambio di aria e lasciare la tapparella mezza alzata ma essere svegliati dal sole alle 6 del mattino (in quanto vista montagna da dove sorge..) o lasciare giù la.tapparella per non avere luce ma nemeno aria perché l'ambiente interno è moolto caldo! Insomma qulache difettuccio c'è,.sarebbero da migliorare un po di cose, per un fine settimana ci si può adeguare ma per una lunga vacanza si farebbe fatica!

Great, small hotel next to a beautiful beach. Lots of restaurants in the vicinity. Breakfast with a huge choice - delicious. Kind and helpful staff. Street parking next to the hotel. Recommend

-Great location, just on first line, near to many bars and restaurants - Amazing sea view - Friendly, smily and hospitable personnel - Very good breakfast with many options, though I missed vegetables - Parking just in front of hotel for 5 eur/day

-Terrible smell of sewerage system in the bathroom - Teeny-tiny shower space of 60x60cm, particularly separated by curtain - both uncomfortable and leaves whole bathroom floor flooding - Hair dryer was broken - Hotel was built probably around 70s, many things are old and need renovation

I wanted a room with a sea view, so I've paid for the sea view. It's almost in Viareggio (popular destination) and high season, so I glad the hotel was still available for an almost last minute booking.

The hotel is old and looks used, it definitely needs some renovation. Breakfast was pretty decent and room could be cleaner.

WiFi does not work in the rooms and the breakfast isn’t the widest selection out there. Broken door lock was not repaired during our stay.

The place is a bit outdated, especially the bathroom. The room was quite small.
