The attention to detail is what makes this place thrive. Along with the location. Loved having an espresso machine and enjoyed my robe and slippers.

The hotel is very good located with many good restaurants and cafés in the neighborhood. The staff is very friendly and is ready to assist with every question you have. The accomodation is very atmospheric, cozy and spotlessly clean.

Although the room had all I needed, it was a bit on the smaller side and didn't get much daylight.

The staff are exceptional, very friendly and polite.

The bed in the room was notably shorter than a standard bed by at least 30cm. We also had an issue with the bed creaking; it was so loud that it kept us awake at night. We notified the front desk team, and the bed was "fixed", but actually, it just made it worse. We were given a new room for the third night, and it was much better. The bathroom in both rooms was pretty tired and didn't seem that clean. Lastly, we tried to order room service, which appears to be handled by a third party, and they were extremely rude when answering the phone.
