The room was lovely and clean.
The breakfast was nice but had to wait for bread and butter to be refilled.
Orange juice was very watery.
Had to wait for brown sauce and ketchup to be refilled.
Staff need to be refilling more often

Breakfast was at a convenient time, and had plenty of options, The room was comfortable and easy to access (for me). I was happy with the policy of the hotel not to clean the room each day, as I knew the space was mine for that time.
My friend wasn't aware that the rooms weren't cleaned daily, so that could have been clearer. if there was a proper pick up/drop off point that would be nice, as the parking is quite limited (it's a big hotel, and an old one, so I understand). I was able to park for free up the hill from the hotel but that was very limited in terms of space.

The building beautiful and location perfect.
The food, I had to send my food back because it was not cooked properly.
