Stunning property.
Spotlessly clean
Great location
Brilliant facilities
Staff very polite when we bumped into them on check out.
Communication from head office excellent and sorted out an issue that the previous guests had created, successfully & quickly. Thank you.
Highly recommend and will look forward to returning to this beautiful building.

The beautiful decor, the size, the private outside space, the feel of the property.
I can’t think of anything.

It was our 2nd stay, this place is beautiful! we love how comfy the beds are, how clean and well decorated the appartments are and how well equipped the kitchen is! The hot-tub is a real treat also and helps us relax and remove us from our busy lifes.
I am sorry to be writing this, but the sofa's have been terrible. Our first stay was in the Buxton Suite last year. I had hoped the Opera suite would have a comfier more supportive sofa, that's why I chose it for this years visit. Only to find it was worse. We couldn't sit on it for longer than 10 to 15 minutes before we were hurting/aching somewhere and therefore spent our evenings, either sat at the dining table or sat on the bed.
Our next visit, I hope to book the Crescent suite as the sofas do look, from the photos, more suitable for us.🤞

The property was nice lovely lay out and well presented.
We got there hot tub wasn’t heated so couldn’t use on the Friday night we was told cleaners should put it on but didn’t.
The instructions didn’t show exactly how to warm it up or use speaker etc
The hot water for bath shower upstairs was not hot we did what book said but didn’t heat up.
The fridge had loads water at the bottom and the freezer was just full of ice.
Coffee didn’t even melt so not sure how long that was in there so had to go buy some.
We paid a reasonable amount for this property to only be able to use hot tub for 1 evening.
