The auberge is in a great location by the seafront but is also quiet. The gardens are lovely . Plenty of choice for breakfasts and hot food well cooked to order. Reception staff were friendly and helpful .

A few things just needed fixing or a lick of paint to smarten them up. A bin in each bedroom !

The location of the pousada is amazing! The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. Some staff were very friendly, especially front desk and individuals cleaning the rooms.

Some staff is super friendly while others were not very friendly. It was a bit disappointing. The rooms need more options for storing clothes - there is a closet with a limted number ofnhangers but no dresser or place to lay the suitcase on if vlosed remain in the suitcase. The rooms on the main street are extremely noisy because the street is so busy and it would be worth telling clients when they book which rooms face the street so they can choose a different type of room, if desired. There was no sign in the room that coffee and water located in the room cost money and we were surprised at least the coffee in the room was not included. I would recommend providing coffee at no cost to guests even though coffee is provided at breakfast. Breakfast also starts a little late, at 8am. I would like an option to eat a little earlier. Even 30 minutes earlier would be nice.

The room was too much white. Maybe a touch of color would make it more cozy.

Lovely hotel, very clean and nicely decorated. Staff were very kind and made a special birthday cake! The breakfast was amazing too!

The hotel is amazing, super clean, with friendly and nice staff. We asked for a breakfast in our room for celebration and was super complete and perfcet! 100% sure we will book again when we come back to Búzios. Also the location was the best one.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great though it's not a buffet. The location is very close to the centre and the restaurants but not in the middle of the crowds. The rooms are great with modern TV and a well equipped bathroom. The pool area is very nice and well maintained. For Christmas they surprised us with Panettone and Champagne.

The bed was a little bit too small for a couple.
