Terrific, friendly staff all over the resort. To be commended. Well maintained resort. Beautiful grounds. Childrens' entertainers and helpers at the kids club were excellent. Helpful reception desk team and whatsapp number for queries. Spacious apartments.

Infant pools quite cold. Would have loved more choice of perhaps porridge/ smoothies/ Weetabix at breakfast time.

Prima, rustige locatie. Erg mooie en schone appartementen, lekker ruim. Het resort is opgezet als een soort van dorpje. Alles is netjes en goed verzorgd. Prima zwembaden. Er loopt personeel rond die je vragen beantwoorden over hoe bijvoorbeeld de AI werkt of waar je de handdoeken voor het zwembad kan halen. Het eten is prima, en wordt regelmatig aangevuld. Iedere dag opgemaakte bedden (muv zondag) en iedere 2 dagen schone lakens en als je wilt, handdoeken.

Het is een echt 'kleine kinderen' resort. Met de daarbij horende herrie, rondrennende kids en chaos in de ruimte waar het buffet is. De eetzaal is groot genoeg, maar galmt enorm en is chaotisch. Een gesprek voeren is er niet bij. Dat zal wellicht minder zijn in de zomer als je buiten kan eten. Daarvoor was het nu (begin april) nog te koud. En voor meer rust kan je terecht in een ander, a la carte restaurant (niet incl) Voor mij was het bed echt te hard, zere rug na 2 nachten. Maar uiteraard is dat persoonlijk.

Perfect for my big family. We only come back after staying in Feb because of a very special waitress Carla Silva. She’s amazing and asset to the restaurants she was amazing with my baby. She made out eating times much more comfortable

The room only got cleaned on day 2 and 6. The towels only twice and one was when I ask for change of towels and bed change as son spilt drink. That’s the only linen change the entire holiday.

Staff was very helpful and polite and always one call away Lots of kids and sports activities. Free shuttle services for old town and supermarket. Very good architectural design of the resort. Very peaceful and safe environment and surrounding

No smart TV. Not many English TV channels. Sofa was not comfortable at all. and Lights in rooms are not that good. No starting satches e.g. sugar, coffee or milk in the kitchen. Lack of communication, no right information at the right time. Kitchen utensils not appropriate for a family of 3. Pots were to big for cooking. Tea/coffee machine was not supplied as per the booking.com website. Washing machine and tumble dryer was not supplied as per the booking.com website. TV was without YouTube, Netflix and Amazon prime, in today world of digital media how one can imagine to live without online platforms for entertainment. Resort doesn't have USB sockets. This days every family would have minimum 3 to 6 digital devices. It would be convenient to have USB wall sockets. 5 euros for a swimming cap for a free swimming pool is a indirect loot. Not enough CCTV camera in Resort. Dinner was very costly £32 person. It means £100 per day for family of 3. We managed the same food from Uber eats in £50 per day. Taxi to airport from Eden Resort from reception they quoted £60 but we managed to get it in £30 via Uber. If you keep milking your customers who has already pay enough money then they will never come back.

The apartment was good with all the facilities you would need. And was easy to get around the resort with all the bars, etc, in the same place.

The family pool was poorly maintained and not big enough to cope with the number of people in the resort. Not enough sun beds as the area to small around the pool you were on top of one another. Also, people saving sun beds with towels very early in the mornings and going to breakfast, etc, not policed as pool attendants not there till 10.00 am. I am very disappointed that there was also a stag do at a family resort drunk with bad language.

The Adult only pool was lovely, clean and peaceful. the food was varied and tasty, the astro turf pitch was a huge bonus to my son, free use only €20 key deposit. Staff were helpful and friendly, the mini market was excellent and the drinks in AI were brilliant.

The family areas, pool, restaurant, indoor bars, were very loud and crowded at times. only bar open during the day was the pool bar for a coffee, cold drink or snack rather than indoor ones with comfy seating, they didn't open until the evening. the walk to town is fine, the walk back is very steep.

Not all bars open during the day so unless you want to be beside the pool there’s isn’t anywhere for a coffee etc, we had 2 bed villa was lovely and modern but outside area not enclosed and our child is a flight risk so weren’t able to avail of the outdoor space, kids entertainment not on until 8pm, too late for our children

Everything. From the moment of arrival and the friendliness of staff we knew it was going to be good. Never a sullen face to be seen and all staff are exceptionally pleasant. My husband was ill for the last 2 days and the restaurant staff picked up on it right away offering to make up food package to take back for him. There is an adults only pool if you want peace but the family pool is better for entertainment etc. We were meeting up with friends who had their wee boy with them so we had a ball. We don't have children but we like to join in the fun. After all you're on holiday. Loved our room. Number125. Sun all day on balcony then at entrance door. Food aplenty and delicious. Staff are on the ball clearing plates etc asap so no cluttered tables. Very clean and orderly. Only a 10/15 min walk to the Old Town but there is a free shuttle going down and back or a taxi back is €4/5. Would definitely visit again. Washing machines are extremely handy too. I like to have most of my clothes washed before going home.

Not didn't like but a tea towel and brush/shovel would be very handy.
