Good Location, room was a good size, had all the things you need, hair dryer, tea and coffee making facilities. They supplied soap dispensers in bathroom and shower.

staff were friendly and 24hr manned reception. taxis ordered when requested and arrived promptly. air con was very effective and was needed on such a hot day.

we booked an accessible room as my husband is in a wheelchair. we were not given an accessible room as they were all booked out. he therefore struggled in the bathroom and could not even get into the main room or around the bed. when we asked, we were told we should have been notified about the accessible room not being available. the hotel blamed booking.com. not at all acceptable!!

The hotel was close the Wembley stadium, it was clean and bright. it had all the necessities. The staff were helpful and friendly.
