Road noise in the morning.

Its was clean, comfy and staff very friendly we paid £55 + £7 to park around the back. Literally just slept there after dropping off University student

Could of done with a lamp And extra pillows

The whole experience was excellent, you pay for what you get. Thumbs up to having a fridge freezer in the room! Staff are very friendly !!

Steep stairs in some areas.. not easy on the knees

Budget friendly hotel close to where we needed to be. Spacious rooms that were clean and tidy. Shared bathroom was very clean too. Bonus of car parking behind the hotel which was handy and the reception staff were very kind to offer us free of charge.

Very dated but it didn't really matter too much as it was a room to lay our head down for the night. Cups and glasses were in the room but no kettle or use of one in the kitchen..no cutlery either. I asked reception staff about they kettle for a cup of tea and they didn't hesitate to bring me one. We also had a pot noodle- luckily I bought my own cutlery from home (just incase) otherwise we wouldn't have been able to eat. There were no complimentary tea coffee or sugar in the rooms with the cups. The fridge gave off so much heat like a radiator. It was so hot in the room and the only option was to open the windows.the road was quite noisy. The lads in the flat above budgens had an all night party. Their window was wide open and they were chanting, singing and being very loud all night. I closed the window at 2.30am and could still hear them. At 6.30am when I woke they were still at it, coming out of the window onto the roof /balcony (which was not safe to do so as it is not intended for this purpose) If it wasn't for these lads being very loud and disrespectful we would of had a good night's sleep.
