Amazing Check in ! Never experienced a check in like it !! Breakfast and food in general in the hotel was spot on, A wide variety of freshly prepared food. Staff were amazing too, Special shout out to Saman who kept our room perfectly cleaned every day.

Breakfast was good, friendly and courteous staff. Could not enjoy the Pool and Beach due to heat.

We wanted a Sea view room, but the room had a 'Roof view' , there was no sea view.

The hotel is absolutely wonderful! It has a beautiful, well-maintained garden with palm trees and a very spacious territory, so guests rarely cross paths and can enjoy a peaceful, relaxing stay. There is a wide variety of food available for breakfast, with something for everyone. The hotel also has a bar and café where you can enjoy delicious lunches and dinners. Our room was comfortable and clean, and housekeeping came every day. Everything worked perfectly throughout our stay. The hotel also has access to a beautiful, very long beach where you can watch both the sunrise and sunset. You can even spot squirrels and many different birds around the hotel grounds. A special mention must go to the amazing staff. The team at breakfast and in the bar were always smiling, attentive, and happy to help. From early morning, the staff worked hard to clean the pool and maintain the entire property, so everything was always spotless and well cared for. My only advice is to bring mosquito repellent and an after-bite cream, as the mosquitoes can bite quite badly. I really enjoyed my stay! It is a wonderful hotel with delicious food, beautiful surroundings, excellent cleanliness, and incredibly friendly staff. I would definitely recommend it!

However, the reception staff could be more attentive to guests’ additional expenses and friendlier, following the excellent example set by their colleagues in the restaurant. Guests should not have to wait a long time on the day of departure to settle their outstanding balance. The staff should also clearly inform guests in advance about any services or items that are not included in the room rate.
