Great stay at the Grand Prince Tanakawa. The hotel is well located, exactly as shown in the photos, with a very good standard. Everything was spotless and perfectly maintained. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, and the honeymoon gift was such a lovely and thoughtful touch!

Clean and tidy - great location to the station
A bit too unclear how to get to the hotel - three others near by similar name and we wandered around at the end of long days and not clear instructions looking for the right Grand Prince

The gardens are lovely. The room is clean - a bit cramped but clean.
The pool is closed except for summer months - even though it’s really hot and humid outside. There is nothing around the hotel - it’s not really central to anything - not great to wander out. It’s not too far from Shanigawa station though - which is a great asset
