very pleasant stay at an extremely convenient location. Superb for busy travellers who need to be close to the train station.
Nothing much to complain about.

I have stayed in Prince Shinagawa many times. But it was always in the Annex Tower, with once or twice at the Main Tower, N Tower stay was the first time for me. I never expected the room to be so much nicer and newer and i love the ameneties especially the electonic gadgets in the room. Although the room is smaller (room and bathroom is small) but it was just nice for a 1 person stay and very comfortable.
Nothing much.

The building is new. It doesn’t smell. It’s very clean and the staff are very warm and friendly.
The breakfast have only bread and other few options.
