CLASS Shinagawa

There was 2 separate bedrooms each with a double bed which suited our family dynamic as well as futon beds in the main space. The bathroom has a drying room which was great for washing our clothes and drying them overnight. Modern appliances throughout with a book on how to use them in english. There was codes for the door downstairs as well as to the room however, the explanation was clear and easy to follow. They had locks and cable to store your luggage outside in the hallway after you checked out (at your own risk) which was great to be able to continue the adventure without luggage. The walk to the accommodation was easy once you exited Shinagowa station correctly (east exit). It was very quiet. The streets were quiet, the complex was quiet and we didn't hear any noisy neighbours. 7 11 was just a short walk away and we found places to eat close by. Communication with the host was good. Didn't have to wait too long to receive an answer.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like about the property. It was nice to have umbrella's to use in reception if we needed them. We used the "hurry up" function (26 mins instead of 2 hours) on the washing machine via google translate. It would be helpful to have that "how to" listed in the appliance handbook.

施設は新しくキレイでした。施設の入室も事前説明通りにすれば簡単でした。滞在時間が短かったため、お風呂に入るのと、寝るだけでしたが、ベットが広く9歳の子供と母が2人で1ベットで十分寝られました。

タオルに髪の毛が入っていたのが気になりました。

とても綺麗でした 広くて快適でした。 台風で外に出られずの日がありましたがのんびりできました

テレビの使い方がわからなかったです

4名以上で長期に泊まるならコスパはよいと思います。あと、静かで品川駅まで徒歩圏内なので立地が良く便利でした。

ボディソープが補充されてなかったのか中身が入っていなかった。そして、トイレの電源(？)が入ってなくて水が流れないし、ウォシュレットが使えなかったのですが、説明書にも記載がなかった。結局色々と探してトイレのコンセントにあったボタンを押すことで使用できるようにはなりましたが、あまり優しくはない宿泊先だなと感じました 。
