great view from my room at 33rd floor facing mount Fuji, beautiful sunset. Room size was not bad for Japan average.

The air is very dry in the room even with airco off, in fact the room is provided with a separate humidifier. The problem is that the filter didn't look clean at all and the tank was still containing water differently from as described on the label on the device, correctly stating that "for hygienic reasons it would be care of the guests to fill it". We stayed only one night but still...

早餐挺丰富的，而且管理得井井有条。 酒店的地理位置优越。距离品川车站步行不到五分钟，轻松前往市区各地或羽田空港。我们住在酒店附楼，虽然房间比较小，但酒店楼下就是各类活动场所，特别是一个超出预期的水族馆，酒店客人还可以享受打折。小朋友在那里玩得非常开心。酒店周围各类餐饮选择也非常丰富。如果对房间的要求不是那么高的话，王子酒店附楼绝对是一个高性价比的选择。

房间很小，而且装修的风格有一些特别，需要有心理准备。下次希望试试王子酒店主楼的房间，不知是否会好一些。

The location was very convenient. Directly across the road from the Shinagawa station. Very friendly staff. Easy efficient check in.

The bed was very firm. The only thing I could think was a small issue.

駅から近かった。チエックイン前とチエックアウト後で手荷物を預けていくことができたので大変助かりました。 食事も会場が広く、海外のホテルで食事をしているようでした。食材のメニューも豊富で二人で楽しみました。

Emplacement permettant d'accéder très facilement aux transports urbains et interurbains (également Narita airport). Services et commerces. Propreté de la chambre. Excellent petit déjeuner japonais et européen (buffet). Pour la chambre attribuée (étage élevé) une vue magnifique.

Chambre un peu petite. Check-in anticipé (même payant) difficile à obtenir. Il est toutefois possible de disposer gratuitement d'un dépôt de bagages.

the view from our room was exceptional! absolutely beautiful✨. there were so many activities for us to do within the hotel such as an aquarium & a bowling alley. the money we paid was definitely worth it & i hope to stay here again when i return to japan.

お風呂でシャワーを浴びる際に、浴槽のふちに溜まったお湯が外に流れ落ちて、外の排水溝にしっかり落ちずに床に広がっていました。 そのため、あらかじめ敷いておいたマットが濡れました。　こんなことは今まで他のホテルではなかったし、私だけかな、と思ったら娘も同じように濡れていたので、やはり構造的なものかな、と。カーテンをしっかり浴槽内に入れていたのは言うまでもありません。

The close location to a major train station. The hotel is massive. Has several elevators so you don't have to wait quite long.. However, the main building is quite old. Lots of dining options in and around the hotel premises.

The queue for the luggage storage facility is quite long. The rooms in the main building is outdated. I sent a message through Booking.com for help to reserve a table at one of the hotel's restaurants since we were a large group. The reservation was confirmed but apparently never communicated with the restaurant.

Excellent location across from Shinagawa station. I booked a high floor twin room for the view and it was well worth it. Even got to see Mt Fuji in one direction. Was also able to checkin slightly early. Staff were super friendly any helpful. Rooms very clean. Loved the security key for the lift too.

Even though I had a non-smoking room there seemed to be a lingering smoke smell, I assume coming from other smoking rooms in the hotel?

Le prix : 40.000 Yen la chambre La chambre est sale, j’ai retrouvé des cheveux du précédent client par terre et dans la baignoire. La moquette du couloir puait l’urine. Tous les équipements de la chambre sont vieux. Les murs sont jaunis par le temps, avec des marques partout. Assez long pour aller a sa chambre, on doit prendre 2 ascenseurs différents pour y parvenir. Aucun personnel, le check in est fait sur une borne ou personne ne nous aide, et le check out par une simple boite où l’on dépose la carte de la chambre à l’intérieur. Pour un hôtel de ce standing et à ce prix, c’est inacceptable.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Es ist ein riesiger Hotelkomplex - ich kann, obwohl doch etwas teurer, die ZImmer im "Annex" empfehlen. Wenn man Glück hat erhält man einen tollen Blick auf Tokyo (und den Fuji-San).

Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, allerdings darf man nicht zur Stoßzeit kommen, weil man sonst ziemlich lange warten muss. Was mir missfallen hat war die Tatsache dass man für die Bar ganz oben Eintritt zahlen muss - wir haben dann auf einen Besuch verzichtet...

Vue incroyable sur Tokyo, proximité avec la gare de Shinagawa, chambre spacieuse et lumineuse. Confortable et propre. Très bel établissement.

Dommage de ne pas avoir de bar ouvert après 22h, c'est un peu tôt ...

Great Location, good value for the money Our room in the main tower where we stayed was a bit worn, carpets stained, but rest of the room, bed and bathroom were very clean. Good laundry facilities. Places to eat and even a 7-11 on the very large city-like complex made up of multiple different buildings.

Although clean and comfortable, room is old
