Dining staff made an extra effort to make us comfortable.

The staff were warm and welcoming and let us check in early. The pool and bar restaurant area was like a resort. The restaurant food was delicious. I would highly recommend.

Firstly the room that was allocated to us wasn’t even checked thoroughly that it was clean or not. The air con was noisy. There was leftover food from the previous guest still in the fridge. Flyscreens were ripped and torn that let mosquitoes and flies in bedside lamps went working in one of them was intermittent when you shake it then it worked like an electrical fault the phone wasn’t working and in case of a medical emergency wouldn’t have been able to ask for help from anyone since the room we got was right in the corner and away from the reception area and from any staff that would be patrolling around that area. Food and drinks were a bit pricey compared to reference Gateway that was just next door to it. The Reception staff and the manager were quite happy to relocate us to another room since the room we had had problems including the Aircon that was noisy as well so it was a good gesture by Tina Tina for relocating us to a better room which is quite clean and very comfortable maybe not all rooms are like this. Just doublecheck before you make yourself comfortable in any of the rooms.
