The location. The inside restaurant was quite good (except breakfast). Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. I stayed there several nights and I would go back to the same hotel without a doubt.
Free wifi would be good to have. I believe it would have been available at a cost, but I was not offered it. If I was the hotel I would offer wifi free for the guests. The breakfast was a bit modest. TV apps like YouTube could be added.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
Good restaurant downstairs.
Reception lady was professional and check-in quick.
No internet in the room. Had a lot of work that I was hoping to do but wasnt able to.
TV gave one local channel, Netflix and Youtube were not accessible.
I booked a wake-up call for 4am and it never came.
