The hotel was incredible! The design and decor of the space was adorable! The location is PERFECTION! The hotel is right in the heart of Old San Juan and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and local sites. The staff were wonderful and recommended great spots for specific souvenirs I was seeking and local cuisine I wanted to try. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

Everything from check in to check out was super easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful with things to do information. So many wonderful places to eat and hang out in walking distance. The beach was 25 minutes walk and very sightseeing on the way.

The location is fantastic! Everything in Old San Juan is in walking distance, which really helped soak up the culture here. I loved the rooftop bar and baths, genuinely a great experience and so relaxing.
There was a roach in our room, and previously the person who stayed before us, stole the HDMI cord… This led to some
frustration when getting settled in for bed, and honestly waking up to a roach crawling on you ruins the experience.
