My partner and I stayed overnight and absolutely loved it! The onsens are beautifully maintained, clean, and spacious, with each one offering a different atmosphere. There’s an indoor onsen upstairs with a beautiful Mt. Fuji view, as well as outdoor public and private onsens in the garden. We loved them all! It was especially nice to find an onsen where tattoos are not an issue, which made us feel completely relaxed and comfortable. We also loved our room and the thoughtful yukata and Japanese slippers waiting for us. The hotel has plenty of cozy spaces to sit, read, or relax. Breakfast was excellent—fresh, high-quality, and delicious—with the option to try the local specialty, hōtō noodles. A truly relaxing and special stay. We would happily come back!

beds, onsen, view, breakfast. everything exceeded our expectation and we had good fun. The View of Fuji, althogh it was cloudy and couldn't see anything from the hotel, must be stunning.

a bit worn down and expensive, but a very nice experience all together. Arrived earlier than check in, staff happy to keep our luggage until we walked around in the town.

Great views, clean hotel rooms, good food, lovely staff.

The location is good, right by the lake

The photos in booking don’t match reality. The facilities are very old and dated. Not good value for money. The staff is also not very kind nor helpful.
