Location is next to the Christmas market, which was perfect since that’s why we were there. Breakfast was amazing!! Staff was friendly and helpful! I would definitely go back.

The breakfast was really good, especially the service from the waitresses! Very friendly and kind. The cleaner was also very friendly and the room was perfectly clean. Check-in was very professional but nothing particularly special about the room. The bathroom was very clean but average, non-sustainable products. Good place to stay when you are in town on business or just passing through, rather than a weekend especially to enjoy a hotel.

I booked this room as Booking.com said it was larger than average, so it was disappointing how small it actually was. The hotel didn't seem full and it would have been much nicer to have a room overlooking the Plaza rather than the dirty back area. No coffee or tea-making facilities in the room and no one in reception or bar in the evening to ask. Pictures allude to a Fitness Center/Gym but nothing was mentioned during check-in.

Amazing hotel, good quality bed and service. Right in the city center. Really good! Thanks for having us and decorate my breakfast table for my 30th birthday! :))) Should really recommend this hotel if you want to visit Düsseldorf
