Location and room cleanliness

AC didn‘t work, no water replaced in rooms, small towels, no hangers for jackets

The room was cozy and the location very convenient. Really close to the center.

The location was convenient. Within walking distance to central station. Plenty of asian restaurants nearby and a convenience shop outside too. Also within walking distance to the city shopping area. The room was clean, bed was comfy. Shower set up was a bit different in that it was a open plan type of design. Shower was hot and strong enough. The room had a bottle of still and sparkling water. Reception also told us we can get more water at the reception if we needed more. That was nice. The room did not have a kettle. I asked reception if I could request one. They brought one up pretty quickly. There was teabags next to reception you could help yourself to. I would have liked a fridge to keep my drinks cold but not a big deal. Room window was able to be opened so I thought this was great to get some fresh air especially straight after a shower becuase the open plan made the room quite steamy. The hotel gives you an option to opt out of room cleaning and in return you get a free drink. I thought that was quite good. We stayed for 2 nights so did this for one of the nights. Overall i thought this hotel was great and I would def stay again if I'm ever in the area.

Would have been nice to have a mini fridge.

It was modern, cool design and really good sound isolation.

It was a day with 33 degrees outside, the “Air condition” was non-existing, we called to reception and also said it and they just claimed it was water based, we slept in a SAUNA. Terrible. Maybe just stay here if it’s autumn or winter.
