Very unique style and fantastic staff.

No elevator

The staff was amazing, helpful and caring!

My fridge was not working and the room i stayed in did not have air conditioning but we had a fan which was very helpful

Our room did not have air conditioning so they moved us free of charge to a room that did. It was a blessing because it was over 30 degrees during our stay.

There is nothing not to like here, great location, 20 minutes walk from centre of Dusseldorf, trams, taxis etc all readily available. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel, traditional bars and bistros.

Very nice staff and new room

First there is no elevator very high and difficult In my room the wifi are not working and there was a cleaning problem (hair of women on the towel and not new of toilt papar in the bathroomthay dont take the old one… I changed my room in this room also the tolit paper was not new and there was an horrible noise in the wall from electricity problem I get another room and take my staff in the third time to a nice room but it was in the middle of the night. Maybe i have not be lucky but it was difficult for me this stay I must to say the team so kind and wonderfull and help me so nicely so thank you.
