The spot has a great location, an awesome breakfast area, and a very cool vibe to the place. The room was very small but cozy and immaculate. The surrounding neighborhood was hip and happening. I would stay there again

Great hotel in a brilliant location. Loved the cafe and bar on the ground floor. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. The room is small but has everything you need. Very comfortable bed. Loved how close multiple subway stops are. Lots of bars and restaurants around the hotel. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend

The sliding door for the bathroom isn’t sealed. Just something to be aware of. Must be comfortable with who you are sharing the room with.

Wonderful that meals can be covered by destination fee credit. Safe and convenient location. Room is clean and well designed to allow for storage and privacy in small space.

Thin walls. Food options are not good value. Unclear how to get to rooftop bar. Room needs more trash cans. Unclear that elevator closest to Room 524 goes out to the outside.

This hotel has terrible staff, we checked in and were pretty much ignored. The staff are rude and don't explain anything about the hotel or the set up with breakfast etc. Nobody offered to help with luggage.

The rooms are tiny and the location is not great. The staff are dreadful and the bar and breakfast area is so dark its impossible to see anything even during the day. Unhelpful staff and breakfast is a waste of money as you get a token to a coffee shop.

Location near union square is great

Low value and not worth the price. The queen bed room was the size for a closet. The walls and carpet is worn . Upon arrival they mention you have another 30 dollar fee on top of the 100 dollar taxes and fees already that you will be charged if you do not use it. The food at the bar cafe is low quality

Friendly staff, great location, room was clean and bed was comfortable. Room had a steamer for my cloths. Black out curtains did a great job of keeping the room dark.

Hair dryer didn't work, elevators take way to long to come so give yourself some extra time. The google pin puts the entrance up the street a bit and there are not really any signs for the location that stick out. So just be mindful of that.
