Location was excellent.
Room was very small & all the stairs; however we were forewarned about both.

It was within 4 blocks of my work.
As soon as you walk in, everything is old and dark. The room was cold and run down. I turned on the heat and left the room to give it a chance to warm up before coming back and getting changed for the evening.
