Beautiful rooms, with everything you may need, very clean. In walking distance to the centre. staff is exceptionally helpful, polite and attentive. We had breakfast and it was great. It was a perfect stay. We will come back.

Premium location in the city centre. Close to old town and metro station.
The restaurant that this is a part off is also nice and you get a nice discount.
Although the suites are decent in size, the fact it's a penthouse comes to its detriment as the roof is at about 1.6m. I hit my head in the beams a few times.

The hotel is within an easy 10 min walk of the old town and the city centre, the staff were great and very helpful, the food excellent and value for money.
At times the music from the restaurant could be heard in the room late evening but it was nothing excessive.

I thought breakfast was included as per booking email but staff was not knowing about it, could have been more friendly to clients

The bathroom was okay.
The mattress was very uncomfortable, the kettle was very dirty and there were dirty glasses in the cupboard and in the bathroom. The WiFi is not very strong and stable. You can hear noise from the hallway and the neighbouring room. It sure is not a 4 star hotel but a 3 star hotel (also according to Google Maps).

Good location, quiet, very good restaurant at fair prices, helpful and nice employees, nice terrasse.
Toilets dirty, half roll of higienic paper still there, shower head leaking, poor general condition, furniture damaged, night stand light working time to time due to bad contact.
Disappointed for a "de luxe" room.

Location, staff, comfort. We slept pretty well, there was not much noise from outside. Location is great: in the center but not in the busy area.
Room was ok, however wifi did not work all the time there. One more toilet paper in the room would be welcome. Alltogether it was a great stay!
