Property is in a decent location, nice little cafe underneath that you can get a lovely coffee in and something to eat. Near the umbrella street. Easy to find and rooms were clean enough.
Wasn’t the biggest fan of the staff- received a text message saying our room was ready and we could check in. We waited for the elevator and the house keeper would not allow us to use it. Which in hindsight- now was a blessing as a lady got trapped in it in the evening.
The rooms are clean and good value for money however it’s 1 small pillow person and you can hear absolutely everything going on around about you. Good value for money if travelling from the UK.

Location is definitely the main advantage, very central and everything at the doorstep.
The place is fairly new and it was very clean.
Easy check in/out with a code.
I've got the worse possible room: the one right next to the elevator. The walls are very thin and I could hear the elevator and people coming and going until very late in the night and starting very early in the morning. On top of this, the owner set up the elevator to announce automatically in a loud recorder voice every time it was going up or down. It was a nightmare and I couldn't slip properly the whole night.
The shower drain was clogged, I had to shower with my feet in the water up to my ankles - not a very pleasant feeling. The shower cabin was so badly installed that the water overflew into the bathroom.
