The location is very close to the tram access to the main Zurich HB station. The staff was very helpful and understaind, allowed us to leave our luggages in their store room while we site seeing before the check in time later in the day at 3pm. The facilities and their restaurant is excellent and open till 10pm for food and bar till 11pm. Great service.

We arrived late at night after an unexpected flight cancellation. Because of the last-minute nature of our arrival (and a situation with a crazy person that the hotel could not have had any control over) our daughters did not get all the sheets for their fold out bed, but the hotel made good on this by comping our breakfast and taking some money off the bill. Hotel itself was comfortable and fun--breakfast was great! Easy bus to downtown. Staff was very gracious.
Issue with the sheets that they made right.

"Struttura facile da raggiungere anche se si è in macchina. La colazione tra le migliori mai fatte! Pulitissima. Ottima anche la fermata del tram 51 davanti all’hotel"
