Campus Hotel Hertenstein

The hotel is really 10/10. The absolute highlight was the easy access to the lake accompanied by sauna right in the park. The studio we had was convenient, clean and had AC and a nice balcony. Gym was small but had everything one needs. Arriving with the ferry is super simple. Local bus stop just next to the hotel and it is free!

The restaurant is basic swiss quality: food is OK, service was tip top.

The sunbeds on the lake, the fiood and the proximity of the boat stop.

Nothing to observe.

Posizione stupenda, comodissima anche per prendere il battello. Vista eccellente. Spazi esterni belli, con molto spazio per camminare lungolago. Camera ottima.

Se proprio devo trovare una pecca, cuscini da cambiare :)

The location

The room was disappointing for several reasons. The air conditioning was excessively noisy and barely cooled the room, making it uncomfortable to sleep. In addition, there was no room service available. Guests were required to collect their food from the restaurant themselves, which is not the level of service I would expect. Another major issue was the large number of mosquitoes in the room. My children were repeatedly bitten throughout our stay, causing them considerable discomfort. Overall, these issues significantly affected the quality of our stay and fell well below the standard I expected given the price paid.
