Imperial Hotel Tenby

Lovely big comfortable room with view over the town. The room looked exactly as advertised. All staff were very helpful and very friendly.

No instructions in the room on how to adjust the temperature and the window did not open very much due safety reasons, being on the 4th floor. I'm sure the staff would have explained if we had asked them.

Rooms were beautiful and modern. Sea view room was absolutely worth it.

Rooms were complicated to get to. The lift was very small and slow. There was a DJ on when we got there and it was unbearably loud but it did finish when we got back to our room at 7pm. Breakfast was a waste of money unless you have the appetite of a small child. Much nicer breakfast places for the same price in Tenby.

Excellent hotel staff are exceptionally helpful & attentive! Nothing was to much trouble. Breakfast was excellent too!! Rooms were very clean and well equipped with everything you need. Hotel was very well presented & modern. Will definitely stay again !!

The room was very difficult to find, lift not working properly, Took me 10 minutes to get to 2nd floor, lift door closing and opening about 5 times, my ill husband had to walk up the stairs with a case because it wouldn't work for him, and no..hes not overweight. when we eventually found the room,we had to go up stairs, down stairs to get to it The room was on a tilt, very dangerous when getting up in the night to use bathroom, i swayed into the dressing table, the little table by the window proved it, pair of glasses slid off, you could see it was on a tilt, plus the television was in a stupid place, on the wall at side of the bed,my husband nearly banged his head getting up in the tight space at side of bed, very tight space. Plus at breakfast, i didn't expect to see a dog sitting on a man's lap having breakfast, Yes I know its dog friendly, But at breakfast, surely draw the line somewhere
