Questo incredibile casa nello sviluppo Playacar gated trova a soli 150 yards dal mare, a sei isolati dal centro di Playa del Carmen, e ad un isolato dal campo da golf e day spa. Godetevi 3300 ft di lusso con aria condizionata, tra cui tutti i mobili nuovi, materassi di lusso e 500 t. c. Lenzuola di cotone egiziano. 1200 ft di logge esterni coperti comprende un ampio bar ristorante in stile con posti a sedere. 1000 piedi di terrazze sul tetto di tegole con posti a sedere con vista sull'oceano e brezze. Due master suite enormi dispongono di un letto matrimoniale, divano letto, cabina armadio, TV / VCR e bagno privato. This was the perfect house for our family. Well located, spacious, beautifully outfitted, well maintained and a very helpful and communicative owner. As my daughter-in-law said, this house is better than the pictures - and that never happens. You can’t go wrong with this rental.

We had a large family group with us. There was room for everyone. The property was beautiful and well-equipped. The owner was responsive and helpful.The beach was a very short walk away.All in all a memorable experience we would love to repeat.

Ahhh how I wish I could go back right now! Patricia’s house was amazing with plenty of room for all of us. We loved the grounds, the pool and especially loved the different animals and birds that would come around every day! Patricia was quick to answer any questions and Ruth was fast in responding to few minor issues that arose. 5th Ave is close and grabbing a cab on the way out of playacar was super easy. The beach was a very short walk with the most amazing blue water and pure white sand. Bicycles worked well and were an added bonus. Kids loved the sand toys! The seaweed started up during our visit, but it was cleaned once during our stay…it’s just a part of the area now - unavoidable. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Patricia!!

The house is beautiful, we didn't have Wi-Fi, I'm just assuming it was because of the rain or
lack or having someone check on it before our arrival. But my Son is a programmer and was able to fix it. I asked the owner before we left for Playa del Carmen, if there were TVs, she said yes, but did not say there was no TV service at all.
but there are TVs, we connected our own Netflix, in the only TV that we could, and the DVDs from the US are not going to work in their DVD players. You have to go out to rent movies, if you want.
The Air and light was out for a day except for the living room, they said it was a short in the city part. the refrigerator went out two days before we left and we only stayed 6 nights.
The workers that maintain the front yard, are doing a great job, they are very respectful and I know they brought a refrigerator the morning we left. There was a small refrigerator with no light, made me forget some things I was bringing with me.
I lost one of my children and his fiancée to the heat on the first day we were there.
The master bedroom is beautiful and huge, and has a beautiful bathroom.
the house is sort of an antique and that's very nice.
All in all I would suggest you ask the questions about the features that you will be using.
