Extensively renovated in August 2025, this stunning 3,300 villa in the exclusive, gated Playacar neighborhood is designed for families and groups who want to stay together—without giving up space, privacy, or luxury.
The home comfortably sleeps large groups with 4 king bedroom suites, two additional king beds (new memory foam mattress sleeper sofas), 2 additional full size bed bedrooms and two portable cribs, allowing couples, parents, and extended family to enjoy spacious luxury under one roof.
Inside, you’ll find an expansive great room with soaring 11-foot ceilings, a large sectional sofa, 65 inch smart TV, chef-ready kitchen with all new appliances, hand carved Mexican hardwood dining room table with seating for 8, four kitchen breakfast bar seats and new air conditioner units in every room.
Step outside to lush, resort-style grounds featuring a private infinity edge pool, cenote with waterfall & resident turtles, two huge covered patios, a rooftop deck for sunbathing, a large yoga deck, a vintage bar, custom BBQ/smoker, covered ping pong table, covered patio dining for 6 and bar seating for another 6—perfect for group meals and sunset cocktails. This was the perfect house for our family. Well located, spacious, beautifully outfitted, well maintained and a very helpful and communicative owner. As my daughter-in-law said, this house is better than the pictures - and that never happens. You can’t go wrong with this rental.

We had a large family group with us. There was room for everyone. The property was beautiful and well-equipped. The owner was responsive and helpful.The beach was a very short walk away.All in all a memorable experience we would love to repeat.

Ahhh how I wish I could go back right now! Patricia’s house was amazing with plenty of room for all of us. We loved the grounds, the pool and especially loved the different animals and birds that would come around every day! Patricia was quick to answer any questions and Ruth was fast in responding to few minor issues that arose. 5th Ave is close and grabbing a cab on the way out of playacar was super easy. The beach was a very short walk with the most amazing blue water and pure white sand. Bicycles worked well and were an added bonus. Kids loved the sand toys! The seaweed started up during our visit, but it was cleaned once during our stay…it’s just a part of the area now - unavoidable. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Patricia!!

We had a fantastic time at this home. The location was excellent, house was clean and beautiful. Patricia answered all our questions and event sent us beach chairs when we asked. The beach is a minute away and so peaceful and perfect for swimming. I highly recommend staying here. We have the most amazing memories from this trip!!!
