Quarto com piscina privativa é bem amplo e ótimo pra dividir com amigos. Instalações antigas mas em ótimo estado. Restaurante e cafeteria são ótimos! Funcionários extremamente prestativos. SPA no local é maravilhoso com preços justos. Galão de água mineral no quarto é muito prático!

O quarto com piscina privativa tinha, talvez pelo piso de madeira, um pouco de cheiro de mofo. O sinal de Internet nesta região do hotel é inexistente. O que foi compensado pelo Wi-Fi do hotel somente nos limites da edificação.

We had a small incident where tempered glass of toilet shattered - noted first time for hotel staff too - but staff handled it well and offered us a free upgrade for last night - really appreciated that

Very good value for money if you need to stay close to the airport. Very spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds. The two swimming pools are a plus.

Can get a bit noisy as the hotel is close to the main road. We had a room overlooking a small side street and it was ok. The hotel facilities are a bit tired. Make sure you ask for an independent taxi to pick you up for a trip to the airport as the hotel is overcharging if you accept using their own drivers.

restaurant food options are poor, nothing for a vegetarian other than a pizza. rooms look like they’ve not had any maintenance done in a while, especially bathrooms, not surprisingly with covid. The location is good for the airport, but the local area isn’t very nice at all. The nice area are about 45mins- 1/12 drive away. Very busy so not great for scooters. The rain and lighting was so bad one morning the fire alarm went off at 6 am, the concern was the staff had no idea what to do. We walked down to the lobby expecting to be told something or to wait in a particular area but they ignored us whilst they made phone calls. I’m glad it wasn’t a real emergency because they clearly do not do any kind of fire drill preparation. It was even more scary that no other guest bothered to leave their room upon hearing the alarm.

the family rooms are great! loved how the beds were all beside the each other with plenty of room.
