Room was really nice and comfortable. The air conditioning was great and they give free bottles of water
Was given a different and smaller room than the one I paid for. Given some poor reasons at start so asked booking.com to contact them, which they did but received no response.. I then sent two for messages to the main but again total silence..

La posizione e i balconi
I letti sono un po' troppo morbidi

Confusing at first to get there but easy once you find it

Location
Lady cleaner was great and helpful
It's not luxury place (as the name suggests). Many mosquitoes in the room, check out at 10am and check in is 3pm.... 5 hours to clean.
Generally unimpressed
Originally we were provided a room 801, was a horrible room. They then provided a new room... that was ok. But the hotel decided to tell a lie to us and booking. Com.
