The peacefulness and the cleanliness.
Locations are as expected shown on photos.
Helpful Pearl as our welcome host and tried to manage the requests well.
Food is very very good and never fail. Surprise menu was exceptional.
Overall everything is very good. Only location wise that not easy to be accessed by public transport.
However, staying in the resort for a good reset is fine.

Magnifique séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est vraiment exceptionnel, au petit soin, toujours le sourire. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres. L'endroit est très calme et ressourçant. Les activités organisées se sont très bien déroulées, toujours à l'heure et très agréable. Le restaurant est vraiment super, la qualité des mets est incroyable, nous avons mangé des spécialités et c'était vraiment délicieux.
Le sauna normal est uniquement ouvert le matin, le sauna au feu de bois ainsi que le jaccuzzi sont uniquement ouvert sur réservation et payant. Un peu dommage. Il faudrait pouvoir réserver une plage horaire d'une heure par jour compris dans le prix de l'hotel.

Delightful, small boutique hotel with great cuisine as part of the package. Comfortable, cosy, and lovely location on an iced-in island far enough out of town to feel remote but close enough to do the more touristy things. Overall it exceeded our expectations.
Our failure, because of weather conditions, to see the Northern Lights. Another time!
