Breakfast was over my expectation, room was big considering the European standards. We were 3 people and the room was for maximum 4 people located behind the reception. I liked very much the bathroom, the shower is a bit narrow for my size but it worked excellent and looks very nice, Italian. For me 10+ was the bathroom and everything inside.
A reason we choose this hotel was the location, central, 15 minutes walk from the port where are the meeting points for any travel around Naples. Was our bad luck we had a very hot weather and even 15 minutes walk was too much sweating.
Now I want to say a few words about people: they were above my expectation. All of them: reception, cleaning and breakfast. I want to congratulate you all for your smiles and hard and professional work.
What I didn't like and nobody likes is the entrance. Compared with the rest of the city is clean but is still in the dark and with the garbage bins to welcome you. One day when the big door was open and the sun was in the bins didn't look so inappropriate for the eye.

The hotel is on the main street, when you open the balcony theres a lot of noise. The door of the closet fell off, and the bag scales in the room didnt work. I must say the staff took care of it in a second

This hotel should be rated 3 or less stars. Bathroom and shower are very small, disgusting mold and sewer smell in the shower, mattress is old, blanket and pillows were rough, belong in the dump. Really low quality and uncomfortable bed. Torn curtains. Feels like hostel. Absolutely NOT recommended.

The staff was great.
Room size was really small. There was a smell in the bathroom. When you sit on the toilet, your knees hit the sink. No porter to help with bags.

Great little hotel in a perfect location for sight seeing. Nice modern rooms, very well kept. Lovely, helpful staff.

amazing staff, very comfortable bed and good breakfast
room balcony was facing the main road and was too noisy for us. they moved us on the second night to the side of the building and it was much better. we did ask for a quiet room in advance but this was not taken into account on the first night and they were fully booked

We had a great room good beds and balcony with a view on Corso Umberto 1. Aircondition works fine and balcony door locks out street noise. Breakfast is also very good and invludes bacon, egg and sausage, cakes, cheese and fruit. Staff is very friendly and helpsome. The pink decorations are special and I learned to like it.

Location is great, confy bed, all like on the photos. Great shower. Excelent communication with the staff prior to arrival via messages.

Contemporary facility. Very good breakfast. Helpful, friendly staff.
Bad communication between hotel and airport transfer service. Resulted in a near-miss for our flight back to the USA. The hotel might want to seriously consider changing taxi services.

The location is great to explore both the old center and the spanish quarter. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Breakfast was great with excellent coffee. Breakfast room is very tastefully decorated.
Rooms have sufficient closet space, beds are nice and comfortable and the balcony is very cosy.
Not enough space in the bathroom, an extra shelf to put your toothpaste and other personal care products on would be great.
The reception is 24h so at night telephone calls can be heard in the room and light from the reception/lobby will shine under the door.
Disturbing for light sleepers. Maybe telephone headsets for the receptionists? And something to cover the lower part of the door so light from the hallway will
be blocked?

Great location,amazing staff,the hotel is clean, has a vibrant decoration and has good illumination(maybe the building is a bit dark,but the floors that belong to the hotel are beautifully decorated and with lots of light), price was good breakfast included,very happy with my choice
Neighborhood is intimidating at first, but once you walk by is safe,we walked in the night from the port to the hotel and felt really safe (we are 2 women).

train station to hotel is 30 min walking. 40-50 euros in taxi.

Location was convenient, staff friendly & breakfast options were varied
Very thin walls (all rooms are right off the lobby) & lots of noise, wifi didn’t work for 2 out of the 3 nights we stayed and no credit was provided. Staff were going to ask the manager about reducing the overall cost to reflect the lack of wifi & have them email us but a week later we’ve heard nothing.
