Great Family Weekly Rental House Located Across The Street From Wells Beach
Il luogo ideale per una famiglia che ama il nuoto, surf, passeggiate e tutte le grandi attività una vacanza al mare ha da offrire relax. A pochi passi e si è su una delle spiagge più belle del Maine. Strada pubblica per la spiaggia si trova proprio dall'altra parte della strada e non vi è l'accesso al porto indietro. Indietro porto è un luogo eccellente per il kayak e paddle boarding. Coperto veranda è un luogo ideale per gustare una tazza di caffè e guardare l'alba. Ponte posteriore ha molti posti a sedere ed è il luogo perfetto per la griglia dopo una giornata in spiaggia e guardare i bellissimi tramonti.
Questa casa è ben attrezzata con elettrodomestici moderni, tra cui una lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, cinque televisori, lettore DVD, videoregistratore, cavo e internet. C'è grill a gas si trova sul ponte posteriore, una doccia esterna fredda, e un parcheggio per 2 veicoli. Può ospitare 8: 2 letti matrimoniali, 1 completo, 1 estraibile full size e 1 bagno completo.

Was an excellent stay Sandra was a great host, and property was wonderful across the street from beach could sit on front porch and watch the waves, very comfortable and everything we needed was there.

Despite the oppressive humidity we endured for the first 5 days, I give this place a 5 star based on the owner's attentiveness and the house location.
Pros:

Cons:
House uncomfortable if high humidity otherwise amazing (bring own fans)
Everything is upfront in the listing in terms of the need to bring own sheets/towels and no washer/dryer. I only listed that con because it was very uncomfortable due to the weather. We let the owner know the fans she had were not useful. We went and bought our own which made it doable. Once the humidity dropped it was the perfect house. I wish we had that weather the whole week. Despite that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to be a hop, skip and a jump from the beach.

Sandy was great and available if we needed anything. The house was everything we hoped for. Typically we eat out all the time and try different beaches on our vacations but we cooked in and stayed home the entire trip. Unless we were in search for the perfect lobster roll. We were at the beach everyday multiple times. It’s hard not to be, Sandy has a great spot right across from a public way.
