QT Queenstown

The staff were lovely and the extra touches were a bonus ie snacks morning, noon and night in lobby. The offer of a shuttle also great.

Easy walk into centre of Queenstown. View from the rooms is exquisite and it feels like a home away from home.

Loved everything! We came for our honeymoon/babymoon and were looking to fully relax. Hotel has everything we needed plus so many small touches which we looked forward to every day (truffles, facemasks, fresh juice… 🥰). Staff were lovely and couldn’t have been friendlier. Would prefer not to leave but unfortunately we have to.

Location is excellent, right by the Lakeside on the Esplanade, less than than 10 minute walk into the bustling centre of the tourist area. Staff were also great, friendly, helpful, and cleanliness was good.

For the price, a lot of people would expect more. There is no indoor pool on site it seems, no gym, no dinner restaurant on site, and it’s a bit of a funny setup in that you need to take multiple different lifts to get up to the guest room area. They also don’t mention, or have it on the website that there is significant construction happening at the moment so there is construction noise all day, coupled with very large ugly scaffolding and wraps etc all across the front of the building, which does impede many of the views based on descriptions from colleagues, and is quite an eye sore. There was also construction noise happening for most of the day during the conferences that I attended there. Lastly, tea and coffee was basically hidden away in a drawer inside a cupboard, to the point where I went and bought some supplies as I didn’t realise, however the mini bar area is full of extremely overpriced goods for purchase.
