Very ideal location, very good breakfast, beautiful rooms and comfortable beds, the friendly and helpful staff, especially Mr. Zero Zhang on the ground floor, who has arranged for us a big taxi to fit all our luggage's. CaoQingmin and her crew, our rooms were always clean and tidy

That we could not enjoy the swimming pool because of maintenance purpose, which was not mentioned while we were booking. That was quite disappointing.

Very good location, very close to the metro station, convenient for DiDi and close to nice food and drink spots near Wuding Road/Yanping Road. Very comfortable stay, amenities, bathroom very decent.

Slightly aged facility, and cleanliness can be improved - there were long-term dry stains both in my room and just outside in the hallway. Floor does smell of smoke continuously too.

The staff were incredibly friendly (especially Molly at breakfast) and the room was very comfortable

How nice the ladies in the breakfast area were.

Had a cockroach in the bath in the morning! I came significantly later than what I was supposed to arrive due to flight cancellation. Apparently I got an upgrade, but instead i had a cockroach on the next morning flying in the bathroom! Room however was clean, although some furniture had some water bubbling, and were a bit used. Staff at the entrance were on their phone most of the time. And when I say I dont want to have my bag carried, means I dont want my bag carried. No need for almost forceful take of the bag! Annoying as hell!
