Llangattock Park House

I am writing this review to express my delight staying at Llangattock Park House. The two night stay was the most relaxing and peaceful of any of the many bed and breakfasts my wife and I have stayed at on our tours of England, Scotland and Wales. The décor was immaculate and reflected perfectly the historic grandeur of the house. Our hosts, Catherine and Rory, were lovely. Very helpful and provided an excellent range of breakfast options, both hot and cold. Llangattock Park House has, for us, set a new bar of excellence that will be very hard for others to beat.

A beautiful house, with a lovely bedroom - comfortable and furnished for the period of the house. Two bathrooms! Breakfast was very good. Rory and Katherine are exceptional hosts. The Horseshoe Inn nearby is good for evening meals and Crickhowell isn't far away for a choice of restaurants.

Nothing to dislike.

Fabulous all round Great building , loads character , huge rooms immaculately clean Great views. Great food , great hospitality Lots of thought out extras recommend highly Arrived to tea and homemade welsh cakes Came for the food festival , but the highlight of the weekend was the stay here ! Will be back

Sehr schönes altes Gebäude inclusiver wunderschöner Parkanlage - authentisch eingerichtet - kamen uns vor, wie auf einer kleinen Zeitreise. Rory und Catherine sind sehr sympathische und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Die Pubs in der Umgebung sind ebenfalls zu empfehlen. Unzählige Wanderungen im Nationalpark möglich - theoretisch sogar direkt von der Haustür weg.
