The team who served me were helpful and friendly. The guy who checked me in was efficient and really nice, so the procvess was quick but he made me feel very welcome. I had dinner and breakfast and enjoyed both.

Clean rooms but small

It’s a nice small inn for staying a couple of nights. The room must be recently renovated with a nice bathroom. The only surprise was that I booked with breakfast but the hotel only provided
a simple breakfast ; coffee and toast. Otherwise you need to pay extra. I wish they stayed more information on their booking information regarding the breakfast options. To me it’s a little bit too cheap for them to operate their business in this way.

The stand out feature was the attitude of the staff. They were friendly and helpful making our stay so easy Food and drink were great and the location was perfect in the middle of Crickhowell.
Loved the whole vibe…thank you.
