Detailed message of how to find caravan, then met at site, quick walk through of all the facilities. Rooms were just what we needed and was able to check in earlier as requested.

The bedrooms were slightly on the small side. That's the only thing everything else was great.

Not much to do on site

Caravan was very big and roomy, there were 7 of us and a dog, and there was lots of room for us all. The site is very well kept and quiet.

Could have done with an area where dogs could have a little run off lead. And another plug socket in kitchen.

Lovely caravan. Easy to find.

Sticky tableware that needed washing. Too close to rowdy residents. Drunk and disorderly. And drug use.

nothing was filthy dirty

everything was dirty n grubby I wouldn’t of given it to homeless for a night let alone paying customers!! or even a offer of part refund or anything given even after I had cleaned it! all owner had to say was he was selling it anyway

Great location, friendly host meet and greet. Spacious.

The beach was beautiful!

From the outside the caravan was ok, but once inside the smell hit me first. All mattresses, duvets, pillows and curtains stank. Blinds were covered in dust, everything needed a good clean. Supposed to sleep 10 people, however, all the glasses looked as if they were stolen from a pub!
