We loved the condo itself and the location of the condo. Close to shops and restaurants, and walking distance to the beach. It’s a very relaxing area. The condo was also well equipped!

We couldn’t figure out the shower or the coffee maker. We did look up the manual for using the laundry machine.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable

There was building just opposite our balcony which was noisy to say the least and very dusty from lorries carrying soil away from the site. We could not use our balcony which was always thick with dust - not like the lovely photograph that persuaded us to book this particular apartment. It was a very stressful stay.

Location, clean and a very big apartment.

A perfect apartment with a perfect location. Very close to the beach! The apartment was clean and fresh. The interior makes you feel at home. We communicated through WhatsApp. The owner replied very fast. We arranged the drop-off of the keys. Simply loved our stay here. Thank you!

The only thing that I didn't like was the check-in time. At first, we were told that the check-in is at 4 PM due to the high season. But when we came in at 3 PM to drop off our luggage the apartment was still not cleaned and there was no one. So the responsible person called to understand why they didn't even start yet. We checked in at 4:40 PM which is the latest check-in that I have ever seen.

The apartment was great. It had all that you could ever need and was really clean. The location was 10 min walk to the beach.

The tv MEO signal didn’t work most of the time The bed linen was too small for the bed.

The location is fantastic, only 10min walking from Praia da Falésia and with a couple of restaurants and supermarkets around the corner. The overall compound looks very good, due to the attention given to landscaping (loads of palm trees, pine trees, grass and flowers) and the communal pools are great.

I was shocked by the lack of a couple of things I see as standard in any rental, especially when I booked it for 11 nights: - There was no hand soap (particularly worrisome in Covid times) - There was 1 single roll of toilet paper. Yes… one role for a stay of 11 nights. That was a first to me. - There were no garbage bags. Also a first to me. Additionally, and I’m conscious it’s not anyone’s fault but the apartment didn’t get much sun. To be honest, almost no sun at all so it always felt a bit cold although it was 27C outside.

Excellent location. Spacious apartment. Very amenable hosts.
