Hotel & SPA Niunit

The location of the Spa Hotel is lovely! It's outside the city and close to hiking. The breakfast and dinner was included in the price, and well worth the money. The staff was absolutely lovely. They worked so hard. We were 3 adult women on a friend's trip, and had started with a room in the city, but it was not a pleasant stay. We booked this room last minute. We hoped to use the spa, but got in too late and all the spaces were already reserved. The only issue we had was at the bar. It took more than 45 minutes for 3 drinks, and it wasn't busy. I think there was a language barrier, but it was ok. One of our drinks was not what we ordered, but after waiting so long, we drank it, anyway. No big deal. Regardless, we absolutely loved our stay, and if we are fortunate enough to return to Andorra one day, we'd happily stay here again. Loved it!

The only issue we had was at the bar, but it wasn't a big deal. Mild language barrier, partnered with the fact that the hotel seemed understaffed. We didn't mind, though. We were on a lovely holiday.

Friendly staffs, especially the staffs in restaurants really offer excellent services and very friendly. Free private parking, comfortable spacious rooms. There is a spa. We enjoyed our dinner and stay there very much.

Unfortunately I had an accident and got hurts on my face just on the way to this hotel, so I aske for a cool pad at reception but was told they do not have one. I was very astonished as this is a 4 star hotel and they must have a medical box actually. I asked then for ice cubes and got a lot. The staffs in restaurant provided me later also with enough ice cubes I needed.

Very friendly staff, perfect location for hiking (plenty of walks in the surrounding mountains), awesome breakfast, cosy hotel with a great spa (with sauna, hammam...), comfortable room

Quality of the evening meals was variable. Some dishes were excellent, others did not appear to be home made. Globally good though and with a menu that changes everyday. Ideal for a long stay.

Location , staff and beds

Low low food quality !! Would not expect that for price we pay. Very poor menu Breakfast is average and if you come later, certain things are already gone and wouldn’t be refilled !
