The location is great, close to the shops and 15 mind from the bus station. The spa is nice and the breakfast quite decent. The receptionists were very helpful although they don't speak a word in English.
The spa girl was rude and lazy. The hotel needs a really good renovation as it's quite old. No toiletries brovided, just soap. The A/C was super noisy. The staff didn't speak English. Although the check in was at 12pm the cleaners started knocking my door from 10:30. The spa belongs to Mercure and it is very confusing to go and get out of there. I ended up with my bathrobe in the middle of the city during at night looking for my hotel. They don't offer bottled of water in the rooms and if you want to buy some you need to have coins, as the vending machines don't accept notes or card....

Spacious room, clean, comfortable bed. Breakfast included with variety of dishes. In the centre of Andorra Vella. Air conditioning unit. Private parking.
Paid private parking.

It was in a good location.
Room / hotel and facilities are extremely run down. Desperately needs renovating. Breakfast was not worth the extra cost. Parking is €26 per night, extremely pricey for a city that you can only really travel to by car.
